Preparation
You will benefit most from your sessions, if you arrange tostay in a calm, meditative environment. Should you be tra-
veling far, it is a good idea to come a day in advance to set-
tle yourself.
Let this be a special time for you – be sure to get plenty of
rest, in between sessions, in as peaceful an environment as
possible.
We discourage you from partaking in too many distractions
such as shopping, sightseeing and socializing. Narcotics and
alcohol hinder this work, and we strongly encourage you to
refrain from these substances during the days of your ses-
sions.
You will need to bring apple cider vinegar for your bath after
sessions. 2½ cups diluted in your bathwater, will help you
through the cleansing process.
Also bring along paper or a notebook for rewriting your ses-
sions, as this is an important step in the process.
