Parents

Whether you feel, that you have had a good childhood or not,
we all carry a lot of baggage with us from our parents.

Our parents are the first to sculpture us, teach us how to use
our Emotional Body, either as a gift or as a weapon – Their li-
mitations become our limitations and all their feelings, thoughts
and conclusions are passed on to us.

We often choose the same kinds of relationships and relations,
that our parents have had, even though our brains tell us, that
this is not, what we desire. If we have negative relationships
with our parents, we will project this negativity onto our addi-
tional relationships. If we would like to have successful rela-
tions to our partners, children, colleagues, friends, etc., we ha-
ve to let go of these patterns.

In order to grow we have to free ourselves from these ties
and projections, that we have taken upon ourselves from our
parents. We are then able to begin recognizing, who we are
and to transform our lives.
